Two Birds on a Wire product reviews

Little Bird Blue and Little Bird Black refuse to share. Each wants to sit on the wire alone in this funny rhyming story.

We love this story! My two boys and I have read this for the last 3 nights in a row and we are thinking of lending it to our family friends for their two young daughters to read as they are having problems sharing toys. This book is perfect for a younger age I would say 7 and under as it has a great simple message about sharing with others and it encouraged a open conversation between my two boys and they came up with examples of how they share currently with each other and others around them and how they could share more in the future with family and friends.

This book has beautiful illustrations that make you feel all warm and fuzzy and is written in a rhyming rhythm which makes it easy to read and listen to the kids were engaged the whole book. our favourite part of the book is the end where the two birds are hugging I love now when my two boys hug the refer back to the book just like the birds ay mum. this will be a great addition to any family with young children and will encourage them to look at how they share with each other.

I love love love this book it is the sweetest story I have read in a while and it gave me the warm fuzzies. I shared this story with my 3 year old at bedtime and we both enjoyed the story. So much so he decided to take it to kindy to share at mat time.

This is the perfect book for a. Kindergarten because it has such great messages around sharing like the two birds on the wire learned to do. So you can easily open up conversation about sharing with others with young children. My son decided it was good that the birds decided to share as "sharing is caring" as he puts it.

Not only does this book have nice messages it is also beautifully written in a rhyming rhythm which makes it pleasant to read and listen to. My son loves rhyming books and I find he learns words from the story a lot easier in this format so he can read along with me. Tp go alongside the story are the most beautiful illustrations which are almost like watercolour drawing.

Wr especially loved the picture at the end where blue bird and black bird were hugging as friends.

Product reviews for listing 5710: Fifteen Bones
Written by: Rebecca Morgan

Product image for Fifteen BonesJake is not a bad person - he used to have 'potential'. But now he's been expelled from five schools and only Cattle Rise, a tough inner-city school, will take him.

Here survival means keeping his head down and that's not something Jake's very good at. Then he meets Robin, a girl with problems that are bigger and more serious than Jake can even imagine. Helping Robin means entering a dangerous, violent world.

It also might mean remembering why life is worth a second chance.
