Jason Shepherd has a very bad habit of lying all the time to get out of things. One day when he gets caught out with a lie at school he is given one chance to fix things or he'll have to go through summer school. Of course the one time he tell the truth he looses his paper and having cried wolf too many times is resigned to summer school. When he sees his paper as a movie trailer he sets off with hie best friend to prove he wasn't lying.
Best cameo in this movie? Jaleel White aka Urkel from Family Matters. Great fun seeing him pissed off at constantly being called Urkel. There are a lot of little fun things in this movie, and of course the joke about the ruthlessness of some people in Hollywood and those that finally get sick of that behaviour.
There isn't anything about this movie that makes it stand out, bring it to attention or make it anything special, but it is a fun movie and great for knocking off a couple of hours.

Set in a 19th century European village, this stop-motion, animated feature follows the story of Victor, a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride, while his real bride, Victoria, waits bereft in the land of the living.
Though life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colourful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.
