I bought this toy from a lady on facebook. At first the kids just used it to pull apart and put together learning the order of numbers on a face of a clock. Then we started recently using it to help the kids ready for things like going out and when computer time's over, its almost like a timer now which is awesome.
The 3D puzzle clock sits next to the actual clock and we put the time on the wooden clock telling the kids what the time is and then once the real clock hits the same time as the wooden clock their turn it up, or its bedtime etc. The kids have now got the idea and help us move the hands on the wooden clock for the time we ask.
Our 3 year old now knows what 7o'clock looks like and our 4 year old can tell us all the o'clocks. It has turned out to be one of the best buys I have made, going from a puzzle for play to a learning tool for telling the time and stopping that annoying timer going off each time I needed to set a time.
If you want something different and fun, then this clock is for you, the child needs to put all the pieces in right to get the clock looking like a clock again, the only thing I did find is the sticks that go into the bottom which the other pieces slide over I had to hot glue gun in so they stopped coming out with the pieces, other than that a great educational tool
