OK, so it's not really 'rereadable' in that there isn't anything to read... so I have scored that section as "replayable" because the model of the Golden Snitch is a great little toy in the hands of the young HP fans, as my 6yr old son proved to me, when he got this little kit as a reward for good behaviour.
For over an hour, he played with his new Snitch and a couple of Lego Knights as the two Seekers. This in itself warmed my heart, but when he also started putting the stickers into his Sticker Book, matching the stickers of the characters with the stickers of their respective House shields... it was great to see the grin of pride on his face when I told him that he had gotten them all correctly matched.
Though at first glance it may seem a little steep in the price department, because the Snitch itself is painted wood and the wings are plastic, it is a very attractive model and will look good on the trophy shelf of any young person's room, and could easily be glued together and used as some form of "Best Behaved of the Week" trophy for parents with multiple children.
Overall, a cute and appealing young-ones gift, just in time for Christmas as a stocking stuffer, rather than a full-on stand-alone prezzy, and perhaps also good gift from one child to another.
